super stay, surprised and charmed!
easy arrivals daily cleaning pretty garden
This hotel was near the train station. A short walk made arrivals easy. the room included daily cleaning that surprised me. breakfast was plentiful, the garden looked pretty when i relaxed there.
the shower temperature was not easy to regulate and made showering a bit tricky. i think a simple adjustment could help avoid this.

Excellent stay near the station!
cute reception breakfast buffet helpful staff convenient location
The reception staff was very cute, and I appreciated that my room was ready early. The breakfast buffet offered great choices. I found many pastries, meats, cheeses, eggs, toast, and cereal. The staff also assisted me with directions to a pharmacy and the train station. The hotel's location near the station made it very convenient.
I noticed some scuffs on the bedroom furniture, though the room was clean.

Wonderful Experience Near the Station
train station kind staff quiet room
I appreciate the hotel's proximity to the train station. The location made travel very convenient. The staff was very kind and accommodating, offering assistance with directions. I found my room to be very quiet, despite its nearness to a busy street.

cute staff outside garden train station bleach smell wobbly loo seat tired decor
The staff was very kind and cute. I really enjoyed the garden area outside. it has walking distance from the train station. About 20 minutes get you to the leaning tower, it was so nice.
The room had a strong smell of bleach it was a little much. the loo seat felt wobbly. That was a bit annoying and the shower didn't drain properly. the decor in the reception area seemed a bit tired. It was very cluttered with fake flowers.

satisfactory stay , with some drawbacks
helpful staff central station breakfast options bedroom furniture bathroom mold unsafe area
the breakfast had enough options for everyone. the staff were always smiling and very helpful . the location was convenient , just a short walk from the central train station.
my room had some scuffs on the furniture , they were noticeable. the bathroom showed quite a bit of mold on the ceiling. i also didn't feel very safe as a solo female walking around the area , especially at night.

unreliable wifi ineffective air conditioning
the wifi was unreliable. it frequently dropped out. the air conditioning was ineffective. the room became uncomfortably hot. opening the window only increased noise.
